“The only adults I know who are marching

“The only adults I know who are marching along their one true course are boring, insensitive or lucky.” – Ellen Goodman, American columnist

Ah, humor!

I don’t know where I am going half the time. Certainly, I have seldom had a one-year plan, let alone a ten-year one!

Who ever said that it’s not the destination, but the journey that counts, had it right; we spend a whole lot of time on the road to that landing spot. Maybe it’s a boon to our personal enrichment, considering that ‘getting there’ could be part of the fun. I find it encouraging, anyway.
